A clear photo helps us create a better personalized result.

Best photo tips:

Use a clear, bright photo where your pet is easy to see.

Choose a photo taken from the front or a natural side angle.

Make sure your pet’s face or body is not covered by shadows, filters, hands, toys, furniture, or other objects.

For best results, use the original photo instead of a screenshot or compressed image.

What to avoid:

Avoid blurry photos, screenshots, dark photos, heavily zoomed photos, or images where your pet is too small.

Avoid photos with strong filters, stickers, text, or heavy background effects.

Avoid cropped photos where ears, paws, face, or body parts are cut off, unless the product only needs a small part of the image.

Before uploading:
