Can I change my personalization details after ordering?

Changes may be possible only before your personalized item starts production.

What to do first:

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, checkout email address, and the correct personalization details.

For photo changes, send the new image clearly and let us know which order it belongs to.

What can be changed:

Depending on the order status, we may be able to help update a name, custom text, photo, size, color, or personalization option.

Changes are easier to handle when the order has not yet entered production.

Once production begins, the item is already being made based on the details you submitted.

Before you order:

Please check all spelling, photos, product options, and quantities carefully before checkout.

Names, dates, initials, and short messages should be reviewed closely.

If the item is a gift, double-check the recipient name, pet name, and delivery details before placing the order.
