Shipping Policy

At KiTA, we want every order to arrive safely and clearly. This Shipping Policy explains how long shipping may take, how tracking works, and what to do if your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Personalized or made-to-order items may require extra processing time. If a product needs additional time, we will mention it on the product page whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location, the product, and the shipping carrier.

United States: 7–15 business days after shipment

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days after shipment

European Union: 8–18 business days after shipment

Other regions: 10–25 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, customs checks, carrier delays, address issues, or peak seasons may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and available shipping method.

If free shipping is available, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking has not updated right away, it usually means the package is still moving through the carrier’s system.

You can also check your order status from your KiTA account or contact us for help.

Why Hasn’t My Tracking Updated?

Tracking may pause during transit, especially when a package is moving between facilities, countries, or carriers.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations or require different handling times.

If your order arrives in more than one package, each shipment may have its own tracking number.

Package Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please try the following first:

Check your mailbox, porch, front desk, parcel locker, or delivery area. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff. Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and we will help review the situation.
