How do I update my account information?

You can manage available account details after signing in.

What you can update:

After signing in, you may be able to update account details such as your name, saved addresses, or contact information depending on account settings.

For order-related details, update options may be limited after the order has been placed.

Shipping address changes:

If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Updating your saved address does not always update an order that has already been placed.

Before saving changes:

Check that your email, name, and address details are correct.

Make sure your shipping information matches the address where you can receive packages.

Changing account details may not automatically update an order that has already been placed.

If you need to change information for a recent order, contact us immediately.
